The Griffin
The Griffin in Royal Oak is a newly built apartment complex off of Woodward Ave. Managed by the Singh company; they hired us to manufacture and install various type of signage. There are multiple wall signs, directional, and a monument sign. Some of the wall signs can be seen from I-696! The complex even had multiple electric vehicle chargers installed! Night Patrol
At Metro Signs & Lighting, we take pride in seeing our work around the community. That is why we like to ensure that our customers lights and signs are functioning properly. Our Night Patrol Program is included with your sign or lighting project for no extra cost! This means that if your sign or lights go out, we will let you know next day! Our Night Patrol Drivers are trained to look for outages, dimness and even dirty signs and lighting to keep your property looking bright and clean for any customers! Kenny Ayers has been with Metro Signs & Lighting for two years as a Lighting Specialist and also assumes the role of Sales and Marketing Leader. He is varsity baseball coach for Brandon High School in Ortonville, MI. Kenny also enjoys fishing with his four year old son.

As a Night patroller, you drive around at night and take photos of lighting and sign outages following a designated route. You pick the nights that best fit your schedule.
