St Julian Winery- Distilllery

Description

St Julian is a nearly 100 near old vineyard and Winery in West Michigan which sits and uses only Lake Michigan Appellation, Michigan’s premier grape growing region. Started in 1921 and moved to their current Paw Paw location in 1936, St Julian Wine Co has been owned and operated by the same family for four generations with a passion for local farms Michigan fruit, and quality products that have made them the most awarded winery in Michigan.

Challenge:

Metro Signs & Lighting been working in partnership with St Julian’s for the last 3 year. St. Julian needed a branding uplift for their new locatoin. This location holds a winery, distillery and a pizzeria. All of which needed to be displayed in fresh, eyecatching way reflecting the companies core values of quality.

Design, Manufacturing, and Install:

Metro Signs and Lighting worked with St Julian on all aspects of their signage from design and manufacturing, to surveying, permitting and installing them once complete. With Contruction underway, Metro Signs and Lighting had to be prompt with communication and planning to stay with time and budget constraints.

Metro Signs took their existing logo and ran with it, updating the colors to reflect the wineries more modern feel, and to accommodate signage for their new tenant, Flo’s Pizza. We designed both signs to reflect the industrial modern feel that both companies wanted to present, utilizing new techniques and technology, and giving them high visibility.

Result:

The relationship with St Julian continues to grow, and we are currently working with them at their flagship location in Paw Paw to design and manufacture new road side signage for them that reflects where they’ve been, and where they’re going. We currently service their signs near and far, and look forward to continuing in our partnership with them as they continue to expand through out Michigan.
